For this exhibit, we selected a wide definition of “girl” that makes an attempt to include the two contemporary and historical definitions of childhood: “self-figuring out girls beneath the age of 21.But by mixing completely unique variations of garments, Harajuku fashion girls signal that their contempt for mainstream vogue – they dress wh
